Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
